Making and Taking Your
Essence from your
Bottle of Water

Using the transmitted Vibrational Essence from your bottle of water is easy.

1. Pour a bottom layer of fresh water into a glass.
2. Then add no more than a teaspoon of the essence from your bottle into the glass of water.In reality, you only need the tiniest drop of the essence vibration and it immediately infuses throughout your glass of water, so a quarter of a teaspoon is actually enough.
3. Your essence is then ready to drink immediately.
4. Follow this procedure three times a day.
   • In the morning when you wake up
   • Somewhere in the middle of the day
   • In the evening when you go to bed
5. For most Earth Healing Events the Vibrational Essence will be valid for   21 days from the day we begin using it. If this is different for any reason,  I will let you know in the Guidance that accompanies the vibration transmission
6. If there is any essence left over at the end of the 21 days, the rest can be poured into the Earth with thanks.

Sharing with Nature

If you are sharing some essence with Mother Earth or nature, then just a teaspoonful is enough.

The Very First Time I Shared an Essence Vibration with Mother Earth

The first time I was asked through Guidance to use an essence for the earth was when I was performing a cleansing on a house in Ormskirk, Lancashire around 1999. I was asked to kneel down, connect my heart with the heart of Mother Earth and then place three tiny drops from a dropper on the Earth.

It felt ridiculous to me. I thought to myself, “How can three drops make any difference?” However, I went through the process as guided and the moment the first drop touched the earth, it was like a flash of light shot through the earth at incredible speed. I thought at the time that the effect was like a nuclear explosion. Something seemed to be happening at an atomic or sub-atomic level.

It was like the light in the essence illuminated the next atom it touched and then it ran like a domino effect from atom to atom in all directions at incredible speed. It went deep into the earth and I couldn’t move for some moments. I was sort of paralysed by the experience and held in the space, whilst something was given to me in return for my work.

It was an incredible experience. The impression it made on me was so intense that it was unforgettable. It is a moment of inner conscious expansion and you know that something just happened that seems to be impossible, but you were actually a part of it as well as the initiator. Your measure of reality changes in that moment and your heart expands in an indescribable way.

I hope this little reminiscence helps you to understand that we have no idea how much power can flow through the heart and what can happen from just the tiniest drop of Liquid Light. When next you drop some essence onto the Earth, try and remember the image I have shared with you above. It will help you connect ever deeper with our Mother.
